Applicability of Policy

By using the Lumea Threads Exchanges portal and/or initiating a purchase request, you agree to be bound by the terms of this policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from transacting on lumeathreads.com/.

We may update this policy from time to time. Please check the policy whenever you use the portal to ensure you understand the applicable terms.


Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a notification on your registered WhatsApp number.

  • Our logistics partner will arrange pickup within 24–48 hours, with a fee of ₹150 per item.

  • Pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to send the product back to our warehouse.

  • Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your pincode.

  • After the product is received at the warehouse, it will undergo a quality check. Once approved, the return will be processed within 7–10 working days.


Refunds

  • Refunds for return orders will be made via bank transfer after quality check approval.

  • Confirmation will be shared on your registered email and WhatsApp.

  • Products must be returned in the same condition as shipped. If found to be worn, damaged, or in poor condition, the return will not be accepted.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once approoved for refund the amount will be processed and credited within 7-10 working days to your original payment method.-


Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.


Conditions for Return

A product can be returned if:

  • It does not fit

  • The product or packaging is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • Parts or accessories are missing

Mandatory conditions:

  • Product must not be worn, washed, tampered with, or altered (unless defective).

  • Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • There should be no stains, odour, scratches, dents, or damage.

  • Products purchased as a set must be returned as a complete set.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in saleable condition.

We reserve the right to reject a return request if these conditions are not met.

The damaged defective and exchanges items will be Redelivered within 5-7 working days
